ANSWERED: incorrect and photoedited poster for title

this short animated movie http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0213292/?ref_=rvi_tt (1963) uses the butchered theatrical poster for a live action movie from 1966
the original poster even has names of the actors from live action

when i tried to delete 1963 tag from it and add 1966 instead it was rejected with "Does not meet contribution guidelines." statement

i clicked submission guidelines and search doesn't show anything related to removal of an incorrect and photoedited image unrelated to the title

i exceeded character limit explaining hom much it has nothing to do with title and that it's unofficial fan-made "cover"
