RESOLVED: Switch to a different year

Hi, major contributor here! I just wanted to point out an issue with a couple of titles: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097099/ (Common Threads: Stories from the Quilt) and http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064674/ (Mr. Freedom). The former is listed as "1990", when there are many 1989 dates; the first date I've found some time ago (and now listed) for the latter is '68, but it's still 1969. I don't know how it works, I gather the "switch" to a different year has to be done manually... In any event, these should be fixed.

Thanks. Ordinarily you should not have to report these manually as these days such corrections are semi-automatic. However, in these cases you did the correct thing. The 1989 title has now been fixed and the release date change happened well before the new system was in place.

The second case is more interesting because the 1968 title is locked in our system as being from 1969 so this will require a little more research after the holiday period to either unlock it or fix the release date. We have opened a ticket (#0100423324) to investigate next week.
