ANSWERED: Adding a Image to a movie page

Hello,

Sorry if this question has been addressed in a previous thread, but I am having a problem adding an image to a movies page. Every time I click the link to add an image, it takes me to a FAQ page, (this movie does not have any images, as of yet).

Thanks,
K.S.

Every time I click the link to add an image, it takes me to a FAQ page, (this movie does not have any images, as of yet). The site's behavior in that regard is by design, since FAQ page should contain the instructions on how to add an image. Or is it out of the ordinary in your experience? Please let us know.

Under the "How do I add an image?" is says "For titles with no images, on the main title page, where images are typically displayed, the "Add Image" option will be available." Whenever I click the "Add Image" option it takes me back the FAQ page. I does not provide a section for me to upload an image. How can I upload a new image to a movies page?

Thanks,
K.S.

Are you using the old (7+ years out of date) version of IMDb?

Please go to your site settings at https://secure.imdb.com/register-imdb/siteprefs and ensure both "Always display full cast and crew credits" and "Show reference view (old title/name page layout)" are unchecked. These options are unsupported and full of bugs so are only for people who do not want to use IMDb's latest design and features such as image uploads.

That did it. Thank you. I do like the old set up better (no offense to all of the hard work that has been put into the site) I hope you continue to keep it as an option. Thanks again :)
