REDIRECTED: Is it possible to correct locked credits?

I was watching an episode of Outsiders and noticed that the credits didn't have Gillian Alexy in her normal position as third in the credits. I tried to fix the order but it tells me the credits are locked because they have been verified. Exactly, how could they be verified when all numbers from 1-16 were there except #3? Is there any way to get this fixed since the edit page rejects it?

Sorry about this. The credit is accidentally locked due to a bug which is falsely triggering the error message. We have a ticket open to fix it (#0081932389).

Thank you for your response. Sorry if the original message comes off as a bit too annoyed. I was just frustrated with the problem.

We are still working on the underlying bug but we have manually fixed the order on this credit in the meantime. Thanks for letting us know about this.

The first episode of Undercover has two falsely locked credits as well, including one which is obviously wrong where the 2nd letter of the surname is also capitalized: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5080520/combined

My messages about this in the miscellaneous notes have been ignored, as have my requests to delete the "review" which is not a review at all but just a complaint about this.

Sorry about that. We have fixed the issue with the surname while we continue to fix the root cause of this problem.
