In the Submission Guide: Title Formats we can read:
"We use the original title of a movie/show in its original language as it appears on screen (on the title card) in the opening credits."
What if two titles in two languages appear on screen? I've seen some of such films. Which one should I choose for "original title"?
What if two titles in two languages appear on screen? Zero Motivation (2014) is an example of that. Funny that you should bring this up, as I recently submitted a title correction for the aforementioned, but it never went live: 170122-122451-630000.
Which one should I choose for "original title"? I guess you can go with the English title if there is one or otherwise the origin language title.

If this is the case please submit with both titles separated by a ":" making it clear in the comments that this is the way the title is displayed on screen.
