I just checked the credits for the pilot episode of "Turn: Washington's Spies" (2014) and the credits are a complete shambles. Ninety percent of the crew and half of the cast listed on that IMDB page aren't credited on-screen.

most pilots are small productions not related to the series production and ppl who are on every episode are not likely to be also on the pilot. they might be, but usually ...
