What's the biggest challenge that hollywood producers face?

i think the biggest challenge adam sandler would face is that he even acts in the movies which he produces

For MOST producers is that they DO NOT star in their own films. A producer should NEVER star in their own vehicle unless they also direct the film and have an extremely tolerant Assistant Director.
