Men and women, difference?

What do people think are the differences between male and women film makers? I know there are the obvious 'guns and blood' for men and 'tears and babies' for women, but in say, production roles and design roles what are the main differences?

Last time I looked in my pants, I saw that I had something dangling infront of me and it was quiet large.

When I looked at my girlfriend's body - who also is in film making, she didn't have it...

There was a difference of about 8 inches missing.
