According to the new trailer, Hans Zimmer is on scoring duties. Not a huge surprise, considering his history with Verbinski and Bruckheimer...
BUT, does anybody know what happened to Jack White? It would be cool if he at least contributed as a musician.
No clue. I'm guessing it didn't take long for him and Verbinski to realize that he's not cut out for making as large an action score as Verbinski wanted....wether that's because of White's talents/experience (or lack thereof), or simply that the whole film was being temped with Zimmer's music, and Verbinski missed his old partner.
shareYeah, that sounds about right - Bruckheimer would rather go with the sure thing than take a chance on somebody different. Just like with Alan Silvestri on Pirates of the Caribbean.
