So anyone heard this one already? It's excellent stuff, first great score of the year!

It's been too long since I've come here.

I really enjoyed Jack, but to be honest, Ottman's style still kinda grates with me -- myself, I've so far preferred the scores to Oz: Great and Powerful and Side Effects for 2013.

Actually, to be honest I almost found Atli Ovarsson's underrated score to Hansel and Gretel as good as Jack...

You and me both! It seems this place really us dying :(

I can understand Ottman's style isn't for everybody, I myself am a big fan of the man though. Side Effects was indeed also a great score. Oz didn't really do it for me though. Maybe I need to see film first.
