I only watched a few minutes of your first video...but I thought it was fun. Very cute. But hey, that's just me. I find watching people going through the creative process quite interesting.
Could I watch more than five or ten minutes of your video? Maybe, maybe not. But again, I liked what I saw.
Something to keep in mind: it might be nice to occasionally SEE what it is you're writing. It'd break things up a bit, make it all more visual.
