Lies about unfinished scripts.

I bring this up in response to 3 movies.

Alien 3
A Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master
Scream 3

In all the behind the scenes documentaries for these films, they say about how there was no script when they started shooting and scenes were basically made up as they were filming.

However, this is not only insulting to believe any studio wouldn't have a script ready..I.E characters have to be cast, sets have to be built etc.

But the scripts are actually very easy to find online, and while there are differences, they are minor tweaks but the basic blue print for the film and 90% of the dialogue is there.

So what's the deal with the lies?
