Iron Man etc supervising art director loses $2.2 million in retrial

David Klassen has lost the malicious prosecution re trial
with Bralalalala. The director had the initial ruling
last year set aside after falsely claiming he never
heard of the suit and still wanted to justify suing
the award winning singer in a case where he was
found liable for sexual assault, libel and intentional
infliction of emotional distress.
Shortly after the director was allowed back into
the case, he again relocated and told the court
he was going to leave the country and call the
FBI on Bralalalala.
Interested parties are to attend an asset hearing
in December, as Klassen has refused to pay the
judgment .
