How do you feel about your favorite actors getting attached to big franchises

How do you feel about your favorite actors being on big franchises in important roles.?

Do you like it or feel like it’s a waste of their acting chops.?

I do like it very much even if those parts won’t give them an Oscar I find it pretty cool. If those characters are well written there is much more to explore in a big movie series.

We character growth and evolution in a bigger scale, we see them go into different genres sometimes and explore a lot of different tones and go into so many directions throughout their time in the franchise.

I see getting lead roles in long franchises to be some of the best acting opportunities.
