Have feminists become extinct?

O kay, we men may be dullard all of us. But how is it possible that not a single female has shown any interest in the Egyptian master-work "Sheherazade, Tell Me a Story"? I posted a message on the board "International Cinema" on March 5th, and bumped it on June 7th. But no other user - in particular: no feminist female - has so far said a single word about this film.

Can anyone explain this silence?

Oh Max, don't be upset. It's because it is, as the Anglophones here would say, an "obscure" film from an "obscure" country. It's on my list for the films to watch in the near future. Well, not so near, because I'm going on vacation.

The intriguing trailer with English subs here might help the interest on the film:

Besides the obvious answer that the film hasn't been widely shown around the world, and hasn't gotten a DVD release, I would also suggest, if you're looking for a discussion, posting on other boards, such as CLASSIC FILMS, even if it's not a "classic". More people hang around there, as opposed to INTERNATIONAL FILMS.
