ive been looking forever for this movie. all i know is its Foreign, i think french. it involves a lady who's husband is in the hospital leaving her on her own. he tells her on his hospital bed to go out and make love to somebody and then come back and tell him about it. all i can remember from the trailer is she is walking along a beach. and there is another man.


In Lars von Trier's "Breaking the Waves" the main character, played by Emily Watson, is told by her husband (who is in the hospital) to have sex with strangers and then tell him about it. The language is English though, so I am not sure it's the one that you are looking for.

yeah thanks. i recently found that out.i am also searching for another foreign film if you can help.the plot involves a young poor boy. at one point he befriends the town whore, also a young girl, but older than he.they spend some time together and he begins to like her. i remember them eating ice cream in a park, and her telling him about her future dreams. two older men show up and offer her money for sex and she leaves saying she will return. she never does and they find her dead body in the park sometime later. also theres a scene where he makes a cave out of rocks to house a frog, only to later smash it with one of them. he goes to a bizzare back treatment facility with his uncle(or guardian) where they hang him up and pull on his legs causing him to scream in pain. theres a scene shortly after where the man drops his can and walks on his own. i believe the movie ends with the young boy getting busted stealing and selling bike parts.
