OT: SC freezes jallikattu order by one week

I don't even know what you mean by freeze. They said they would give their verdict after 1 week. I don't really think they have lifted the ban.

The order was not defied in Tamil Nadu, except for a few villages. And BCCI is an example of Supreme court overreach just like Jallikattu. How about it shuts up about matters like this one.

UCC is not even remotely similar as Jallikattu. Jallikattu, if allowed might apply to ALL citizens of the nation. Same can't be said about UCC. Only people like you and Owaise would bring it up.

Every Indian institution has been criticized for mismanagement and irresponsibility and this is the first time ever, RBI has ever been in mainstream news and guess what now it's RBI's turn to get tainted now that it has to "manage" things. There is nothing new in anything as of now.

You should read and reread what I posted. I just said SC is not the institution to ban Jallikattu or Sabarimala's women entry. Just like SC is not the one to decide about BCCI. There are enough journalists who commented on overreach of Supreme court in these matters. What kind of d-bag are you, to think that I am implying I know better than SC, just because i said its not the institution to pass a verdict on these matters.
