Obviously without having seen The Vow it's hard to say but some of these might interest you
Random Harvest (1942) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0035238/ (a personal fave of mine: a WWI vet with amnesia falls in love with a dancer and they marry. However a car accident restores his orginal memories- which he'd lost during the war- but erases any post war memories, including his wife )
Regarding Henry (1991) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0102768/ (about a troubled marriage that gets a second chance when he gets amnesia as the result of a shooting)
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0338013/(a procedure that can erase memories of a failed relationship may give a couple a second chance, or keep them apart forever)
