Help - Italian romantic comedy - husband dies and becomes ghost

I'm looking for the title of this film:

There is a couple in their house having a fight and after that the husband has a heart attack and dies. The wife doesn't notice because she thinks it's some trick of his and goes out. The husband's ghost tries to communicate with her for the rest of the movie to tell her he's sorry, etc. He is assisted by a sort of female angel. There was an old lady living across the street who had something to do with the story. At the end he finally manages to come to touch with his wife during his funeral.

I'm pretty sure that movie was Italian but there's a slight chance I could be wrong. I saw it a couple of years ago on TV. It seemed to be recent.

Any help will be appreciated.
