Depends on how we're defining romantic comedy. Movies like The Graduate, The Apartment, and Rushmore have both romance and comedy elements, and are some of my favorite movies. But those don't fit the traditional mold of what people think when they use the phrase "romantic comedy" usually. Of more traditional romantic comedies, I'd say Roman Holiday is my favorite. (500) Days of Summer, The Shop Around the Corner, The Philadelphia Story, and Annie Hall would round out a good top five.
