FILM FINDER HELP! Christmas Rom-Com - What is the title?

Hi guys, I'm really racking my brain as to what film this is called. I watched it last year with my little sister and it is such a light-hearted and great film! I know it comes under 2 names, as in the name of the film was changed but can be found under both. I managed to track it down online this year but have since forgotten! (typical!)

Plot is as follows:

Single, hard-working mum lives in the city with her young daughter (around 8 years I'd say) and they go back to a small, country town where the daughters dad lives. I can't remember if they go back for Christmas or to divorce (unsure) but the judge sentences them to 1/2 weeks hard marriage. The mum needs to get back to the city for work but she can't leave on strict order of the judge. She calls her boss and explains she won't be back. They stay and do all sorts eg. horse riding, fairground etc. Eve thought another woman is trying to get into a relationship with the dad. The daughter tries hard to get the parents back together and at the next court hearing they have fallen in love and stay together. think they agree to move back to the city together.

I really, really want to know the name of this film, please help!
