Can you rank these from best to worst in each category

I onlt featured the best imo in each category so no Miley Cyrus or Suite Life on Deck which are medicore in the comedy compared to these shows.

Actually, I always though that that girl that played Phil's sister in Phil of the Future had potential to be a great comedic actress. Selena Gomez isn't bad in Wizards of Waverly place, but I've never seen her in anything else so I can't judge for sure.
