In the 90's Teenick or Snick would air Saturday nights only. They'd air new episodes of All That and The Nick Cannon Show and Kenan & Kel that night.
Then somewhere around 2005 they got rid of Snick and those series and introduced Teenick on Sunday nights. They'd air Zoey 101 and Drake & Josh.
Snick and Teenick would run from 7-9:30pm. Nick@nite would air 9:30-6am the next day. Nick would air again 6-9am, 9am-2pm Nick Jr. Nick would start at 2pm.
These original movies Nick has now first aired in 2007 with Shredderman Rules. Nick never had an original film before that.
Disney on the other hand never really had a teen hour. Disney Channel would premiere new episodes Friday nights and would air any old movie every night from 8-10. New DCOM's or Disney Channel Original Movies would air Fridays, one a month skipping some months with repeats on Sat, Sun, then Thursday the next week. The year 2000 is the only year with a record 12 new DCOM's...1 each month. The first DCOM was Under Wraps in 1997.
Now Disney's new schedule includes the whole weekend with Suite Life and Phineas on Fri, Wizards and Jonas on Sat and Hannah and Sonny with a Chance on Sun. Movies still premiere on Fri except Dadnapped which premiered on Mon.
Disney also introduced the 8pm timeslot in 2007 where they'd air 2 new episodes at 8 and 8:30 on a Fri, then the movie at 9. The problem is these episodes wouldn't repeat that night like for example That's So Raven would air at 7:30 then repeat at 11:30. All 4 shows that aired from 6-8 would repeat from 10-12
The 2006 schedule would be like this
6:00 Phil of the Future
6:30 The Suite Life of Zack and Cody
7:00 Hannah Montana
7:30 That's So Raven
10:00 cartoon
10:30 Phil of the Future (Even Stevens aired at this time without a pre-movie airing for a short time before it left for good)
11:00 The Suite Life of Zack and Cody (repeat of 6:30 showing)
11:30 That's So Raven (repeat of 7:30 showing)
12:00 Hannah Montana
Do I CAUSE YOUR ELIMINATION? Just like the Adamaniac's caused Allison's?
