What if didn't happen in a Disney animated movie?
Cinderella 3: A Twist in Time posed a question, what if the glass slipper didn't fit on Cinderella's foot. Let's see if you can come up with any moments that happened in a Disney animated movie, that would have you wonder, what if it didn't happen. I have 3 off the top of my head, and I bet that all have sad moments if they didn't happen, and all 3 have spoiler warnings, so they happen near the end of the films. And you don't have to have them in any order.

1. Bolt

Bolt leaves the studio, when he sees a rehearsal of Penny, and the new Bolt, and he gets the idea that she is happy with the new Bolt. But Mittens returns, and see exactly how unhappy Penny is, without Bolt, and that she really loves him. But what if she hadn't returned, to see this happen, there would have been no way, Bolt would have known.

2. The Hunchback of Notre Dame

After the battle on the tower, between Quasimodo and Frollo, Esmeralda has Quasimodo by the hand, and he has Frollo by his hand, and of course Frollo falls to his death, since he is the villain of the movie. But then Esmeralda loses her grip on Quasimodo, but Phoebus manges to get to a lower balcony, and reach over the balcony, without being seen in the film, and saves Quasimodo from falling to his death as well. But what if Phoebus didn't get there in time, to save Quasimodo from falling to his death.

3. Aladdin

This one does really happen right at the end of movie, just like my 2nd one did as well. But after the battle, and Jafar falls in a trap, but wishing to become a genie, but forgetting some improrant stuff about being a genie, includes living in a ity bitty tiny space, such as a lamp. Jasmine and Aladdin, both let the other know, that they love each other, and her father changes the law, so that Jasmine can marry whoemever she wanted. But what if her father, refuse to change the law, and refuse Jasmine to marry Aladdin, because he wasn't a prince, what if.

And of course, Disney is all about that their films, ends with a happy ending, even if in a film, animated or not, doesn't look like that there will be a happy ending.
