Mumblecore is basically the reason why I generally stopped watching indie dramas. I watched a few of them and they were amateurish, self-indulgent garbage. Total waste of my time. There was nothing I liked about those movies at all. That pretty much sums up the reason why I stopped trying to support indie dramas. The folks who make these movies don't care about making a movie that is pleasing to the audience at all.
