ISO a specific sci-fi short

Can't recall title, filmmaker or year. Saw it on some indie film website maybe 3 years ago, but the film may have been older; guessing it dates 2008-2013. I bookmarked it but it was on my old computer that died.
Very short. It's around 4 minutes long, unfolds in real time.

Summary: We watch a man in his car as he drives around the perimeter of a city on the way to the airport, POV is from passenger seat. The entire time, he is on his cell phone having a frustrated and angry conversation with an airline, trying to change his flight. He is completely preoccupied and focussed on the conversation and the road. However, we see distant action through his window, which is that the city goes from having an average day to being bombed and invaded by small, freakish aircraft. Our focus is gradually pulled from the angry driver to the increasing destruction right outside. The movie ends when he suddenly notices the inferno that the city has quickly become.

The film is great looking. One live actor with CGI special effects. Warm, contrasty colors, the yellow, low light of the "golden hour" of dawn or sunset. It has haunted me for years. I think it's brilliant and would love to see it again, and to find out what the director has been working on since.

I've scoured dozens of sites with short sci fi films and cannot find it. With the millions of student and indie shorts, there is a slim chance anyone here has seen this specific film, but maybe you can help me find it via sites and archives of short (very short!) films. Thanks in advance!
