People may not agree as to what is a drama. I think that all movies in my list are dramas.
Because of an error in my own computer I cannot find my IMDB votes. However, I am absolutely sure that the overwhelming number got a straight 10. And I am equally sure that none of them could possibly have got less than 9.
I think that "Blue is the Warmest Colour" is the most tragic movie ever released.
However poor a movie may be, I never give a 1 unless the movie is deliberately dishonest. A typical example is “A Clockwork Orange”, which is infamous propaganda against behaviour therapy.

As a European I have very little interest in those categories Americans are so fond of using.
I have not yet given 10 to an animé movie, but there are animation films that are serious. The great poet Jacques Prévert has written manuscript for two animation films. So I would not deem it impossible that a 10 animation might be produced.
I gave Nocturnal Animals the highest grade a movie could have, although I now think that Annabelle Creation is the more useful film
