what movie is better Goodfellas or American Beauty?

shareThe two movies are very different, so if not a good question to ask. They are not even the same genre, i think.
But i prefer American Beauty.

Goodfellas is by far a better movie, it has funny, serious moments; while, although I do like American Beauty as well, it is more dark and depressing, but still good. Speaking of American, American History X is a really great movie -it just draws you to the characters, especially Ed Norton.
