It's deservedly considered a classic. Mind you, (like with a lot of sixty minute anthology shows) many of the episodes suffer from pace problems due to the difficulty in trying to keep a single story interesting for an entire hour. "The Twilight Zone" attempted this for one season, and quickly went back to the half hour format the next year. However, yes, a beautifully shot series with marvellously atmospheric music by Dominic Frontiere. Robert Culp contributed some of the best work of his career to this show, and anybody who watches "OL" as a kid is going to encounter some traumatizing moments that will stay with them forever- which is great! I thought "The Architects Of Fear" and "The Sixth Finger" and "O.B.I.T" were the three all-around best episodes, while "The Zanti Misfits", "The Mice" and "The Invisible Enemy" featured the most outstanding monsters. There were some definite winners among the remake series in the 90's, too. Greatly admired "The Outer Limits".
