North Korea really started the Korean War! Mash's anti-war bit was bull. READ!!!!!!!!!!!

Kim II Sung (of mass-murderous/commie North Korea) pestered Joe Stalin for permission to invade South Korea in 1950. Thanks to a successful 1949 A-Bomb test explosion on the USSR's part Sung got his dreadful permission. Google 'Seoul releases gist of Moscow documents'.

PS By Mash I mean film and TV show both!

It was a sitcom. It would be depressing if they showed it realistically. Sometimes comedy can pull it off, but often flounder in their attempts.

Bad try! It was way more than a sitcom. It had documentary-type Eps with real life footage (like of the Olympics in the 1950!).
