Hollywood Budgets Way Too Big

People don't need big budgets to make movies. Anyone can make a movie with any camcorder, it doesn't have to be a super expensive camera.

The higher the budget, the worse the end product.

All filmmakers need is a cheap camcorder anyone could buy. It doesn't need to look amazing. All that matters is the medium. Whether you have something to say, and something new to bring to the artform of film.

We don't need some fancy set-up with 4K 8K , and Imax giving us every angle of the action in total full crystal clear 12k definition. That doesn't add anything to the film .

If we took all the budgets and extra crew away from modern filmmakers , like Spike Jonze, Quenten Tarantino, and others. I guarentee you those 2 would do amazing things with only a small budget. Especially if the whole industry did that. Took the budgets away completely.

Imagine a Tarantino film, made in 2024, with real actors, good actors, but a small, tiny ass budget, and cheap handheld cameras. Tarantino could still do something good with that. And frankly, I think it might even be far, far better than what you're getting now.
