Movie Help

Hi everyone! I'm trying to find a movie I watched, it may have been on Netflix a few years back. It was about an ex-assassin, travelling via boat in the Philippines or Indonesia. He stops on an island to see if a local man could make a part for his diesel engine on his sailboat. While there, a boy attempts to help him. He pays the boy for his help. The boys mother says to the man, it's too much. At this point the man befriends this boy. Child sex traffickers come to the island and take young girls. They strike the boy and almost kill him. Where this act flips the switch in this man and he goes all Jason Bourne on them. Killing all but one who reports back to the boss who contacts a larger head boss that puts a bounty on the man. As the man kills off the men, and frees the girls he confronts the head of the organization and kills him. In the end, I think the man makes a life with the boy and the woman. Does this sound like any movie you have seen? I want to say the name of the movie is The Communicator but I'm not finding it. The main character is Australian or British and all others are from the Philippines/Indonesia. There is English and asian language with subtitles so you understand what the boy and woman and kidnappers are saying. Appreciate any leads!
