Can somebody please tell the name of this movie by reading it's description?

The characters in that scene looked white skinned. A guy takes a book from a shelf. After taking the book he dances a bit as he goes towards table to read. After sitting, he frowns, creating a bit worried expression on his face. The expression indicates that something bad is going to happen.

Two men wearing hat are then shown. The hats they wore were old fashioned - a trend of old bygone era. And then they probably use an object resembling belt to probably pull / harm / do something bad to that book reader guy.
