Find name of a movie

Hi guys, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, however there is a movie I'd like to know the name of based off the plot and some quotes. I've tried searching on sites to no avail. Any help is much appreciated.

I remember some scenes and quotes. So basically it is a normal night in a house and suddenly a young girl starts screaming and going "It hurts", then the mother calls her husband who I'm pretty sure is called Kevin. So they go to the hospital and the girl is sharing a ward with a girl that has cancer, they show one another their toys and a direct quote is from the girl saying " Dad, here's my roommate --insert name--". So the girl recovers and they go home and have a meetup with friends. Then a friend of the girl asks her if she wants to climb a giant tree in her yard, she replies direct quote "you know I cant" but she still does and the two of them are up there but they too heavy and the tree cracks. The girls friend is very authoritative and tells her to stand in one of the cracks of the crumbling tree. However the tree falls and the girl is airlifted to hospital--again in the hospital. Then the movie ends.
