Just finished editing An Ultimate Cut of the Evil Dead Trilogy

I made one long narrative out of the original Evil Dead Trilogy. I cut out all the redundant and contradictory footage, and even included the director's cut AND theatrical endings to Army of Darkness by having the theatrical ending play out as a dream sequence while Ash is sleeping.

The hardest parts were cutting out the footage of the Necronomicon being destroyed in the first film (I imply the morning's sunrise destroyed the deadites), and getting the noise/soundtrack to match up on the merging films.
