it is hard for me to declare shawshank redemption better than one flew over cuckoo's nest.both are master gems but i would rank the latter a bit higher bcz of jack nicholson's acting and also bcz of the fact that it is difficult to change abnormals than normals.and also american beauty and gladiator should have a little higher spot in the imdb top 250 list.do you agree dears?...
shareIt's funny because I like Shawshank Redemption slightly better but I would probably argue that One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is the superior film only because the former is a simpler story but the latter is touching on some political and ethical issues.
Whatever you are, be a good one.
I must disagree: I think Shawshank is the better film - such gems of characterization in even minor roles. Maybe it's just because I could watch Morgan Freeman read a phone book and be engrossed.
