1 Man vs Matriarchy (TV Movie)

Okay, I'm sure I watched this film again in the past five years but cannot remember the title.

It's a theme we've seen many times:
All men on Earth have died off, only women exist, living in a matriarchal society. However, a male baby or man wakes up (cryosleep?) -- not sure.

It has similar troops about the authorities trying to track the man down at some point, and the woman who has been caring for and helping him has the toilet seat up which makes the officer conclude the woman is lying about harboring the man (just like the 'SLIDERS' episode: Love Gods, s2e2).

The one scene I remember is when the is trying to run through a neighborhood at night. In their home, there are two women, and I think their daughter, are watching a movie on TV with two women "having relations" (i.e., though I believe it was meant to be implied-explicit content they are watching, but, We, the audience, are not shown anything explicit).
[Granted, I'm not looking for the title to watch the movie because of this short 3-second scene, it's just that's all I can remember, besides the general plot].

The movie must have aired in the late 90s, maybe early 2000s but doubt it.
It was an American broadcast TV movie from one of the three major networks, I believe.

Could be: The Last Man on Planet Earth (TV Movie 1999)

"In a world ruled and populated only by women, a young female scientist creates a male human being, genetically enhanced to refrain from violence."

I was able to skim through the movie, via YT, but I couldn't identify the specific scene I described above, so it's not the movie I'm thinking of. But, good response.

Thank you.

Other possibilities:

1. Some similar is "America 3000" (1986), but it is long shot. I didn't watch.

2. "Phoenix the Warrior" (1988) - "You are the last man on Earth and lots of scantily clads babes rule the wasteland. Wow, this is my type of story line and if its your to then this will be a winner." - I didn't watch.

3. Sexmission (1984), but it is Polish movie and I don't remember your scene.

Sounds a bit like a show that was on a few years ago called "Y: The Last Man"
