Need to find the movie with this line.

On March 26, 2016 I was watching a .movie. for what I recall it was either a romantic movie or a drama movie. And in one scenes. A old men says something to a young girl as an advice before she goes to so something. The lines reads
"Life is filled with hills and valleys,
You have seen and experienced lots of valleys,
Tonight, you lady, you, are on a peak!."

All I remember is that I posted that line on my sister's Facebook and since then we could never get to the movie.again.
I have been digging searching and eve asking AI but no luck.

The movie has to be something around 2000-2016 as I usually do t see older movies and I was on a depress mood for sure so it must been a romantic story or a drama or similar.

It remainds.me to the movie About Time but it isn't and also Love actually neither

Anyone can help me out finding the movie?.
