Do you have an Amazon Fire tablet?

I was using my Amazon Fire tablet to watch movies on Tubi. The other day the app said I needed to update it to keep using it. After updating, I tried to log in but got an error message saying there was a missing token. Not sure what this meant, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but after uninstalling, when I opened the appstore, Tubi was gone from the search results. I contacted Tubi's customer support and the explanation doesn't make sense. They said I must have an operating system below 7, but I don't. Even if I did I would think Tubi would still show up in the appstore. Have you had this happen too? If you use an Amazon fire tablet could you check the appstore to see if Tubi is available to download and let me know? when I search Tubi in the appstore the only thing I see is "Guide for Tubi" I don't know what that is but it's not the Tubi app. Thanks
