I am searching for the actress from this snippet, if possible also the movie. I assume the movie is from early 90s.
I first thought it is Carey Lowell in her Road to Ruin time (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0102795/?ref_=nm_flmg_t_20_act). But this does not seem to be a fit. Alternatively I thought of Leslie Hope, but also here I couldn't verify. Maybe you can help.

Thank you, I checked Miami Blues and Single White Females (actually was most promising), but I couldn't find at least the scene in these movies. Because of Single White Females I also checked Bridget Fonda, but also couldn't find a movie where she has a Bob hair. The only potential movie I could guess would have fit was Point of no return, but also nothing here.

Her hairstyle appears to change in the photos and one like very similar to that vid.
Going to watch the series as I have not heard of it before so will report back if the same scene is in it if nobody beats me to it.
I was also thinking of her, but I already sorted her out because I couldn't find a movie with her in that period. It is for sure not Seven Days, as the TV station it was shown (visible by the colorful ball) never had this show aired.
So it might be still Justina Vail, but I haven't found the role for it. I also checked her Highlander appearance.
