2015 - 2018? Horror/Alien movie title needed.

I believe it came out around the time the Ritual in 2017 I believe or that is when I watched it. It was on netflix or maybe hulu possibly or I rented it through redbox dvds. I had trial accounts then and can't access my watched movies from then, or maybe Amazon but still can't find it.

It was about a a group of 20 something aged friends (i think the sister was dating the brother's friend but he didn't know) they are in a van and go up to some hilltop/mountainish abandoned town like buildings crumbling etc. (kinda like in the link). Pretty sure it was another country.

They were gonna film a documentary or take pics or just on a last adventure together.

Well strange things started to happen and they start to be killed. One of them was pushed out a window or ledge. I think it ended up being an alien or demon or something that was invisible and they couldn't see it until the end. They thought one of the group was doing it but wasn't.
