This movie starts out with a guy who wins big money by hitting the trifecta at the racetrack....But looses it all in a card game with a bunch of mafia guys. Later him and his friend take the mob bosses pink Cadillac for a joyride running into things as they go, with Bruce Springsteen's song "Pink Cadillac" playing in the background. Anyone know the name of this movie?

Thanks. This is the correct movie, but for some reason the beginning is different. The one I remember is Danny Devito winning the trifecta at the track, he then losses it all in a card games with some mobsters. In this movie it begins with Danny putting on a fake suntan and being ridiculed by those same mobsters.
