Saw this movie not sure how old it is. Need the title
It’s a war movie, I think it takes place in France with British and France actors.
Civilians were taking their personal boats and saving soldiers on a beach
Anyone?

Yes, that's a hard one, but it's 'Sea of Hate'. It's known by different names so it's hard to identify. Good film though.
