Show from late '60s or early '70s, possibly Twilight Zone

When I was little, we were watching an episode of either Twilight Zone or Outer Limits (or a similar format). There was a scene where a man was being chased thru a city. He cut his arm running into an alley. When he pulled back his suit jacket sleeve, the torn skin revealed circuits and flashing lights underneath, like an android or robot would have. It completed freaked me out (being so young). I have looked thru episodes to try to find it...no luck. Anyone know?

It sounds like an Outer Limits episode. The Sixth Finger episode pops into my head

However, we do not know beforehand that he is a robot/android. That isn't revealed until the end of the episode. That's not how we're shown that he isn't a human being. It must be something else unless you're misremembering.

As for "The Sixth Finger": That is about a scientist exploring with speeding up evolution.

There is an hour-long episode of "The Twilight Zone" titled "In His Image". But, I don't recall that being the "reveal".

But he does take off the glove early and you see the electronic hand. When I saw that I assumed he was a robot.
