Need help identifying an old film (UNSOLVED)

I'm looking for an old film that was about two guys who are the main characters.

I remember one of them is named "Richard", but I couldn't remember other guy's name. I think he's either Richard's Dad, his brother, or his Uncle.

Richard was being chased by a man, in the forest (with snow), who is trying to kill Richard.

He shot Richard at the leg to slow him down while severely wounded.

He walked close to Richard and said, "You disappoint me, Richard."

Before he managed to deliver Richard the final blow at the moment when he was about to shoot him with his gun, the man was shoot at the back from behind and Richard was saved by his Dad/Brother/Uncle.

And then the movie ended.

Judging by the quality of the film, the video must be made some where in the 1900s. I'm guessing somewhere from 1960 to 1990.

Does anyone know what the movie is called?

(Adding this since it didn't occur to me sooner)

The bad guy, who was about to shoot Richard, made this screaming sound effect when he got shot at the back from behind and then he died.
