There are Norma Shearer, Paulette Goddard and Mary Boland in The Women. Their antics on the train don't consist of anything more than drinking champagne, but the dialogue qualifies as "funny." And they, along with other friends and acquaintances, do get up to what can be called "antics" (pretty wild ones, actually) later on in the film.
